The owners wanted to open up a taco shop that is as authentic as the ones back home in Mexico. Los Tacos No. 1's tortillas are made using just ground corn and water. Fresh ground corn is pressed into tortillas for every order and put on the griddle to cook. Los Tacos No. 1 sells four types of tacos: carne asada (steak), pollo asado (chicken), nopal (cactus), and the famous Adobada (pork).
